Who's been keeping up with the development of Prometheus?

I was trying, then I gave myself a headache, so I stopped. Is it even considered Alien anymore? Last I checked, Scott said no, one of the stars said yes.

i saw an inetview with ridley scott and jj abrams,they said it started with a prequal to "alien", but then they realized that they should go into a whole nother universe with this project, jj abrams said ridley had an amazing idea and they've built a whole universe on that idea

Haven't really followed any news on Promotheus .. Today saw on Youtube some sort of trailer (posted by Mother I guess) or whatever that was - must say that it kinda still looks alien'ish to me. And that's about it for my knowledge about this movie

It is about the space jockeys, apparently, so It should be 100% related to the first alien film at least, as It should be

If you see all those leaked pics you can also see Giger's work everywhere, and same material used for the Nostromo now on the Prometheus ship; same old-style space suits (like the one used by Ripley in alien), cryotubes, etc.

and there are more of the caves where the prometheus crew enter and find a civilization or something like that, being here where we can appreciate Giger's work everywhere. Can't find them right now, but they are on the web. Keep looking for them
